Are your products effective and safe ?

Yes, we control quality from raw materials and do extensive testing during the development phase to get qualified data to confirm that our products are effective.

Can I make my own logo / brand product with private label?

Yes ,we offer OEM and ODM service. Not only the label, package, colorbox, also the product ingredients and formulation can be customized.

If you don’t carry the fragrance I want will you source it?

Yes, we will source this for you also you can supply it to us. The prerequisite is that you can meet our MOQ and be satisfied with the results of our sample products.

Can I get some free samples?

Yes, we are pleased to offer you free sample, but you need to pay for the freight cost.

What is the MOQ to be met for free samples?

It depends on the product capacity and packaging type. We support low MOQ starting at 1kg. We will provide packing suggestions and budget to customers according to the demand!

Is the sample free? How many can I get?

Yes, the sample are free and we generally offer 1-10kgs each item. You just only pay the shipping cost by PayPal, T/T or Alibaba.

How long can I get the sample?

2-3 days will finish the sample, and 5-12days will arrive at your address. Also, we can help you send it to your agent, from Guizhou, China.

Can you customize the samples/formulation according to my ingredients and efficacy?

Sure! We can customize it to your desired ingredients, efficacy, texture, color and fragrance based on our mature formulas.

Can I get the ingredient list before testing the samples?

We will provide MSDS (the ingredient list with percentage) after you confirm the final sample and start the offical order. However, we will let you know the main ingredients of the product before testing the samples.

Can I get a sample with my own logo?

We only provide quality samples due to the long time and high cost of customized samples. But we provide free packaging design service. Usually, we’ll provide the packaging effect picture with your logo as a reference first. At the same time, the sample will be sent with the packing container you want. 

What is your Production MOQ?

It depends on the production capacity and packaging type. We support low MOQ starting at 100tons. Please feel free to contact us.

Can I purchase your products in bulk? How is the MOQ?

Yes. Each variety starts at 26tons (1container).

Can I purchase my own packaging and send it to your factory to fill the finished product for me?

Yes. But we need you to send us some samples to test for you before you place your order for packaging, such as: net content and sealability.

What documents and certificates can you provide?

We can provide all the documents required for customs clearance and registration (MSDS, product formulations, COA, product stability assessment reports, etc.). Free trade certificates, halal certification, FDA certification, etc. are not a problem. Please feel free to contact us.

How long is the production lead time?

The production time is generally 25-35 days, depending on different materials and process. When the packaging is ready, the time for mass production is 7-15 days. It can be controlled according to the actual situation of the order, please feel free to contact us.

What is the shipping time for the finished product?

It depends on the mode of transportation, divided into sea, rail and air. The general shipping time by sea is 40-45 days.

What payment methods are accepted?

How is the payment？

Generally 50% Deposit for order confirmation, 50% balance payment within one day before delivery.
